Production was planned in several Excel spreadsheets that a few people edited at the same time. The weekly plan was retyped by hand, and it was not always clear which version was current. Leave was tracked in a separate spreadsheet.

The production plan is built from orders and spreads the work across lines. The system assigns EAN codes, contracts sit in one register, and external partners have their own portal. Team communication, cases and working time live in the same place, and an AI assistant answers questions from company knowledge.
