01General provisions

Services are provided by Cogiflow Jarosław Pawlik, tax ID (NIP) 7681680493, e-mail: info@cogiflow.ai (the Contractor). We provide a correspondence address on request.

The cogiflow.ai site is informational. We run no online sales or shop on it, and a contract is not concluded by browsing it or filling in the contact form.

Our services are aimed at businesses. We process data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

02Scope of services

We deliver in particular:

  • custom web systems for companies,
  • integrations between systems,
  • ERP implementations,
  • process automation using AI,
  • maintenance and further development of delivered solutions.

The general description of the offer on the site is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

03Conclusion of the contract

Scope of work, price, schedule, acceptance procedure and payment terms are agreed individually in an offer or contract for the given client. The contract is concluded when both parties accept it, in the form agreed in the offer, including by e-mail.

Matters not regulated in the offer or contract are governed by these terms.

04Payments

Prices, deadlines and the payment schedule follow from the individual offer or contract. The Contractor issues VAT invoices and sends them to the e-mail address given by the client. If payment is not made on time, the Contractor may suspend work until the amount due is settled.

05Cooperation and acceptance of work

Delivery requires the client's cooperation, in particular providing information, access to systems and decision makers within agreed deadlines. Delays on the client's side may move delivery dates. The details of acceptance and the period for corrections are set out in the offer or contract.

06Liability

The scope and limits of liability, including any caps, are set by the contract. The Contractor is not liable for the operation of, or changes in, third-party services and systems the solution integrates with, nor for the effects of incorrect data, access keys or permissions provided by the client.

The above does not exclude liability to the extent it cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

07Complaints

Report objections to delivered work by e-mail to info@cogiflow.ai, describing the problem (ideally with screenshots or error messages) and giving the project name. We reply within 14 days of receiving the report. Justified defects are fixed within an agreed time, in line with the contract.

08Final provisions

Polish law governs the contracts. The parties resolve disputes amicably, and failing agreement the court competent under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure decides. We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes do not affect contracts concluded before they were published.
