01Problem

Fleet data was kept in a large Excel spreadsheet. Insurance, inspection and other deadlines had to be picked out by hand, and data from vehicle documents was retyped into the sheet.

02What we built

A system that keeps track of deadlines for a fleet of several hundred vehicles. Each vehicle has a single card with its driver, insurance, damage claims, documents and change history. When a document is uploaded, AI reads the data and an employee approves it before it is saved. The dashboard shows what is overdue and what is coming up, and the system sends deadline reminders on its own. We migrated the data from the old spreadsheet.
